Universe operating in degraded state

Following the incident on November 4, 2024, we implemented a temporary solution to keep the platform operational by reducing the data load. As a result, users will see shorter list displays on the interface, including documents, entities, studies, queries, highlights, images, shared objects, and activities. We are actively working on a long-term solution, which will be deployed in the coming weeks.

Advanced Search & Notification Service Disruption - Failover Activation
